Along with traditional journalism, Vasiliki is passionate with online journalism. She prefers to think that new media assists journalism to enter the new communication era.

She was the Feature Editor for the "Nurture" magazine and the sub-editor for The Impressionist website, where she also published her articles.

She has experience in radio broadcasting. Vasiliki is intrigued with the process of reporting for the radio and is fascinated with the direct contact with the listeners.

Biography

 

Initiative, curious and persistent Vasiliki Dermitzi does not consider journalism as a conventional profession, but mainly as a path to investigate, reveal and redtore the truth.

Vasiliki lives in London and is currently a postgraduate student in Journalism, Media and Arts Department, Westminster University.

She has followed the print strand and was specialised in writing news stories, interviews, features, profiles and reviews for newspapers and magazines.
